The service at this hotel was great. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff, from the butler to the restaurant servers, were all great. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and excellent service. the pool area was beautiful and the gym and spa facilities were well-maintained. Plus, our room had a fine view of the resort and the nearby mountains.

This venue exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and impeccable service. the spa and wellness centre was the perfect escape, offering a variety of treatments such as body wraps and massages. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were serene and relaxing, while the beautifully maintained garden area and sun terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding area. the restaurant provided exceptional in-room breakfast and delicious Halal food, with special diet menus available upon request. the private facilities provided an exclusive experience, making me feel like royalty.
Despite the hotel's excellence, one minor issue was the lack of a Turkish bath or sauna. the overall experience was not affected and the abundance of other amenities more than made up for it.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The fine villas amidst acres of rose gardens, palm trees, and water features created a peaceful and beautiful ambiance. The hotel facilities, including the pool area, spa, and restaurants, were all gorgeous and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed dining at the Hakka San restaurant for dinner. The staff at this hotel were really good, with the concierge providing us with wonderful advice for dining and excursions outside of the hotel, as well as arranging transportation. The location, although not so close to the busy center, was perfect for us as it provided a tranquil retreat away from the bustling city center, while still being just 15 minutes away from the Medina.
